PARAMUS, NJ. (2021) – The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services in New Jersey, announced the following 2 deals which consist of over 44,000 square feet according to Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group.

• Auto Lounge of Edison leased 17,404 square feet at 540 Route 1, Edison, New Jersey in a deal that was brokered by Lew Finkelstein, Executive Vice President, and CJ Huter, Vice President. They represented both the landlord, AJE Management LLC and the tenant. Edison Auto Lounge a primarily high-end automotive dealership and one-stop automotive center chose the site because of its strong visibility and population in the Edison corridor.
• Yossi’s Woodworx Inc. leased 26,900 square feet at 200 Route 303, West Nyack, New York. The deal was brokered by Scott Milich, Sales Associate for The Goldstein Group, representing the landlord, D&E Realty Inc and the tenant. Yossi’s Woodworx is a boutique woodworking shop that also plans to use the site as a retail showroom facility.
