The Goldstein Group Places Crunch Fitness in Springfield New Jersey

PARAMUS, NJ. (2023) – The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services in New Jersey, announced it has placed Crunch Fitness at General Green Shopping Center, 201-225 Morris Avenue, Springfield, NJ according to Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group.

Crunch Fitness is taking the two-story 32,000 SF space formally occupied by NY Sports Club. Marc Palestina, Vice President and Lanyard of The Goldstein Group represented the owner, Springfield Company, LLC, while Stephen Picurro from Pierson Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant. The shopping center’s other tenants are Gold Valley Supermarket, GNC, Springfield Bagels, Spring Beauty Spa, Milton’s Liquor and Wines, Magical Scissors Hair Salon and others.

“We’re excited to replace the former fitness center with another fitness operator,” stated Palestina. “Crunch saw an opportunity to convert an old fitness center with a solid infrastructure into a state of the art fitness facility to serve the greater Springfield area.”

The Goldstein Group Places AFC Urgent Care in Clark and Livingston New Jersey

PARAMUS, NJ. (2023) – The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services in New Jersey, has announced the completion of two AFC Urgent Care transactions according to Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group.

• The first in Clark, New Jersey where AFC has just opened a 3,500 square foot location at 77 Central Avenue, in a deal which was brokered by Neil Goldstein, Principal for The Goldstein Group who represented the tenant. Sam Bernhaut from CBRE represented the landlord, Tomarc End-Cap Company, LLC. Other tenants at the center include Target, Marshalls, Citizens Bank, Phenix Salon, Hand & Stone, and Duck Donuts.
• The second is in Livingston, New Jersey where AFC leased 4,500 square feet at 90 South Livingston Avenue, in a deal which was brokered by Neil Goldstein, Principal for The Goldstein Group who represented the tenant. Vicki Ezra and Jamie Sackern from The Shopping Center Group represented the landlord CP Management Group II, LLC. This site is next to The Goddard School and is under construction.
