Just Salad a chain based out of New York City leased 2,320 square foot which was brokered by Marc Palestina, Vice President, for The Goldstein Group. Stephanie Greco for The Greco Realty Group represented the landlord Coolidge Paramus, LLC.

The Goldstein Group Places Paris Baguette in Paramus New Jersey

PARAMUS, NJ. (2023) – The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services in New Jersey, announced it has brokered a lease with Paris Baguette at Ridgewood Avenue Shopping Center, 59-67 East Ridgewood Avenue, Paramus, NJ according to Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group.

Paris Baguette has opened in a 4,700 square foot end cap space, formerly occupied by Harold’s Kosher Market. Lew Finkelstein, Executive Vice President, CJ Huter, Vice President, and Roy Paret, Sales Associate of The Goldstein Group represented the landlord, Ridgewood Ave Shopping Center LLC; while Patti AmecAngelo of CBRE represented the tenant.

“Paris Baguette will be a wonderful addition to the shopping center,” noted Lanyard. “With the new Valley Hospital located nearby, the location will afford opportunities for the hospital employees and visitors along with the entire Paramus community a new restaurant option.”

The shopping center’s other tenants include 7 Eleven, AFC Urgent Care, John’s Fried Chicken, Osteo Strong, Maniatis Pizza, Lashful Day Spa, Bagel Emporium, Fashion Valet Dry Cleaners and Tin’s House Chinese Restaurant. Neighborhood tenants include, Best Buy, Banes & Nobles, Applebees’s, TJ Maxx, Amazon Fresh, Buy Buy Baby, Panera and CB2. This is the fourth transaction that Lew, CJ and Roy have obtained for ownership. The others included Maniatis Pizza, Osteo Strong, and John’s Chicken.
