The Goldstein Group Announces the Sale of Brothers BBQ and Chili’s Restaurant in Ramsey New Jersey

PARAMUS, NJ. (2023) –The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services in New Jersey, announced they have sold the combined Brothers Smokehouse Barbeque & Soul Restaurant and Chili’s Restaurant property located at 900 Route 17 North, Ramsey, New Jersey, according to Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group.

The transaction was brokered by Lanyard and Marc Palestina, Vice President of The Goldstein Group as they represented both the owner, CH/MG Ramsey Owner LLC and the purchaser 900 Rt 17 North Holding LLC and affiliate of Brothers Smokehouse Barbeque and Soul which occupies approximately 8,100 square feet. Chili’s occupies approximately 6,200 square feet.

Brothers BBQ Restaurant, a popular destination for Southern-style food and slow-cooked barbecue is owned and operated by the Farella brothers, serves a variety of family home recipe dishes such as ribs, brisket, pulled pork, fried chicken, mac and cheese, and more.

The restaurant group decided to buy the property after leasing the site in a transaction that Lanyard and Palestina handled in 2018.  The Brothers BBQ group renovated a former Macaroni Grill and turned it into a cozy and inviting restaurant with a full bar and live music.

The Goldstein Group Places Noches De Colombia on Route 35 in Hazlet New Jersey

PARAMUS, NJ. (2023) – The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services in New Jersey, announced that Noches De Columbia has opened at Chelsea Plaza, 3250 Route 35, Hazlet, New Jersey according to Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group.

Noches de Columbia leased the former Tim Horton’s location of 3,800 square feet in a deal which was brokered by Mark Handwerker, Executive Vice President, for The Goldstein Group who represented the Landlord, Hazbro Realty, LLC. Matt Miller of Legacy Commercial represented the Tenant.

Noches de Columbia was first established in 1997 and now has 13 locations throughout New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. They offer authentic Colombian food that attracts locals as well as individuals, couples and families looking for a comfortable environment with an ambiance for relaxation.
