The Goldstein Group Announces The Sale of Seven Properties Across New Jersey

PARAMUS, NJ. (2021) – The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services in New Jersey, announced the sale of seven properties in New Jersey according to Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group.

“We are seeing a considerable number of landlords in NJ now opting to sell their retail properties for the first time. Due to the strong prices that are presently being achieved for prime locations, we are working with numerous retailers and investors in purchasing properties.,” noted Lanyard. “They also recognize the advantage of buying now, while interest rates are still low.”

Below is a list of the property sales.

  • Morris Plains – 1751 Route 10 – Former Crib world space of 6,600 square feet. This transaction was brokered by Chuck Lanyard, President for The Goldstein Group who represented the seller, Daniel-10 Associates. Trevor Patterson of Newmark represented the buyer, Be Real LLC.
  • Avenel – 1076-1080 Saint Georges Avenue – 2,700 square feet former Pizza Time. Chris Conway, Director represented both the seller, 1076 St. Georges LLC and the buyer New Bergenline LLC. Crab Du Jour which is a Cajun Seafood Boil and Bar with over 200 locations will be occupying the space.
  • Clifton – 6 Main Street – Former Valley Bank site of 2,800 square feet. Chuck Lanyard, President for The Goldstein Group and Marc Palestina, Director for The Goldstein Group represented the seller, Rabinowitz & Rabinowitz. The buyer, Dr. Adam Rauzman was represented by Eric Bogovich of Weichert Realtors.
  • South Brunswick – 3962 Route 1 – Vacant land site approved for a hotel. Neil Goldstein, Principal for The Goldstein Group and Mark Handwerker, Executive Vice President represented the seller, Water Tower Plaza LLC. Bill Lenaz of Jeffery Realty represented the buyer, Ryenne, LLC.
  • Plainfield – 211-215 West Front Street – 25, 000 square feet shopping center. Mark Handwerker, Executive Vice President represented the owner AST Park Madison Urban Renewal, LLC and the buyer, West Front Park Urban Renewal LLC.
  • Hackensack – 720-724 Main Street – 13,000 square feet strip center. Marc Palestina, Director and Chuck Lanyard represented both the seller SIBS LLC and the buyer, Cornerstone Capital Investment Hackensack, LLC.
  • Upper Saddle River – 380 Route 17 – A former liquor store of 2,532 square feet. Lew Finkelstein, Executive Vice President and CJ Huter, Vice President and Chris Conway, Director represented the seller, Upper SR Land, LLC. Pinches Lichtman of PL Realty represented the buyer, HRW Equity Holdings.
