PARAMUS, NJ. (2019) – The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services in New Jersey, announced a subsidiary of J&M Furniture has purchased the former Harrows located at 685 Route 17 South, Paramus, New Jersey according to Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group.
The deal which consists of approximately 17,661 square feet on 1.35 acres was brokered by Lew Finkelstein, Executive Vice President and C.J. Huter, Vice President for The Goldstein Group who represented the seller, 685 LLC and the purchaser.
The former Harrows space was previously occupied by Maurice Villency Furniture for over 30 years. The Villency family decided to sell the property after leasing it to Harrows for several years. J&M has been in business since 1999 and currently operates 5 locations.
