Spark Car Wash will be ground leasing a 1.5 Acre site that was the previous home of Charlie Brown’s Restaurant. Lew Finkelstein, Executive Vice President and CJ Huter, Vice President from The Goldstein Group represented both the landlord, VanRock Properties and the tenant.
