The Goldstein Group Places McDonald’s at Rutgers Plaza Shopping Center in Somerset New Jersey PARAMUS, NJ. (2024) – The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services in New Jersey, announced it has placed McDonalds in Rutgers Plaza Shopping Center on Easton Avenue in Somerset, New Jersey according to Neil Goldstein, Principal of The Goldstein Group. McDonalds has developed a 4,500 square foot restaurant location on this site and was represented by Chuck Lanyard, President and Marc Palestina, Vice President of The Goldstein Group; while Sid Singer, represented the owner, Levin Properties LP. McDonalds is leasing the location formally occupied by Burger King. This new site will offer two side-by-side drive-thrus which will be open 24 hours a day and a 62-seat restaurant. McDonalds was looking to relocate an existing restaurant in the market. With Burger King closing its pad location, McDonalds took the opportunity to relocate to a pad site in a supermarket anchored center with tremendous visibility and access.
