PARAMUS, NJ. (2023) – The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services in New Jersey, announced Dunkin’ has opened at the Inman Grove Shopping Center, 1125 Inman Avenue, Edison, New Jersey according to Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group.

Dunkin leased a 1,695 square foot pad site building in a deal which was brokered by Lew Finkelstein, Executive Vice President, CJ Huter, Vice President, Roy Paret, Sales Associate and Chris Conway who represented both the landlord Oak Grove Associates and the tenant.

“This new Dunkin site is a relocation from an existing site in the market”, noted Lanyard.  “The franchisee, which owns multiple Dunkin locations, saw the opportunity to reposition the store in the market while also providing them with a new free-standing drive thru location in a supermarket anchored shopping center.”

Inman Grove Shopping Center is home to, Stop & Shop, Taco Bell, Wells Fargo Bank, IvyRehab, Planet Wings, Jade Garden, Allstate, CSL Plasma, Dollar Smart, Subway, UPS, Verizon, Kumon, and Montessori Preschool
