The tenant, AFC Urgent Care, one of the most successful franchised urgent care clinics in the nation, has leased the former Kicky’s Restaurant property located at 1140 Route 34, Aberdeen, New Jersey.

The deal for the a 3,200 square feet free-standing building was brokered by Neil Goldstein, a Principal of The Goldstein Group who represented AFC Urgent Care, while Jerry Rockoff of RKF represented the owner, SG National LLC.
