Neil Goldstein and Chuck Lanyard, President, represented the seller, WNW Maplewood Properties, LLC and Dina Cocuzza of Coldwell Banker Realty represented the buyer, Wang Xing Property, LLC, in the sale of this property. The buyer plans on opening an Asian style restaurant in the former LexAnn Pharmacy space.
