Transactions with Smart Start Academy and Metro Markets Inc. were brokered by Chris Conway, Director from The Goldstein Group who represented the Landlord, 430 Palisade LLC.

• Smart Start Academy signed a lease for 4,340 SF to operate a children’s day care center. This will be their 7^th location.
• Metro Markets a convenience store chain with multiple locations signed a lease for a 1,705 SF store. They were represented by Colby Piper from RIPCO.

 “Jersey City Heights Retail is a new mixed-use building that has recently opened,” noted Lanyard.  “The property will be serving a need for additional residential housing in the area and both retail tenants will be a great addition to the community.”
