Flawless Auto Mall purchased its 17,400 square foot building which is at 540 Route 1, Edison, New Jersey. Lew Finkelstein, Executive Vice President, and CJ Huter, Vice President represented both the seller, AJE Management LLC and the purchaser. Flawless Auto Mall is a primarily high-end automotive dealership and one-stop automotive center. The second transaction was the sale of 400 Highland Avenue Extension, Middletown, New York which consisted of 34,000 square feet and will be occupied by Green Mountain Electrical Supply. Scott Milich, Vice President for The Goldstein Group represented the buyer, GMS Realty, LLP. John Quinn of Quinn Commercial represented the seller, Kuhl’s Highland House, Inc. Green Mountain Electrical Supply was founded in 1953 in Newport, Vermont. They provide innovative and renewable energy solutions with over 20 locations throughout New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania and Vermont.
