PARAMUS, NJ. (2023) –The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services announced the sale of a former Bank of America Branch located at 715 E Route 211, Middletown, New York according to Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group.

The sale of the 2,400 square foot building was brokered by Chris Conway, Director and Scott Milich, Vice President from The Goldstein Group who represented the seller, Bank of America, along with Ann Marie Zeaser of CBRE.  The purchaser was RSF Properties LLC.

“We were able to produce several offers through our marketing of the property and the seller decided on a local owner of several properties and restaurants.” noted Lanyard. “This free standing building provides fantastic visibility and could be converted into a restaurant or other potential uses.”
