The Goldstein Group Announces The Sale of 3 Commercial Properties Throughout New Jersey PARAMUS, NJ. (2022) – The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services announced the sale of three commercial properties in New Jersey according to Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group. “We continue to see activity in the market as investors and users remain interested in purchasing properties even in the current climate,” noted Lanyard. The sale of 163 Route 17 South, Paramus, New Jersey, consisted of a 14,230 square foot strip center which is leased to TD Ameritrade and Men’s Warehouse. Lew Finkelstein, Executive Vice President for The Goldstein Group represented the buyer, VanRock Properties LLC. Greg Panayoti for NIA National Realty represented the seller R&P Bombardieri. The second transaction was the sale of 588 Broadway, Norwood, New Jersey which was a former Chase Bank facility of 2,800 square feet. Finkelstein and CJ Huter, Vice President for The Goldstein Group represented the seller, 588 Broadway Associates LLC. Jason Lee of Eastern Realty represented the buyer, KNBOO LLC. The final transaction was a freestanding building at 463 Lyons Avenue, Newark, New Jersey that sits next to Lyons Plaza which is home to Super Fresh Supermarkets, Snipes, Metro PCS, Blimpie’s, Popeyes, Gamestop, Golden Krust, and Rent-A-Center.
