PARAMUS, NJ. (2023) –The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services announced the sale of 144 West State Route 4, Paramus, New Jersey according to Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group.

The sale consisted of a 5,000 square foot building on 1.1 acres which was formerly occupied by Chakra Restaurant. Gregory Panayoti of NIA National Realty represented the purchaser, the Branning Group, Inc.
