PARAMUS, NJ. (2021) – The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services in New Jersey, announced the leasing of 10 deals throughout the state according to Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group.
“We’ve seen an uptick in leasing of retail stores and restaurant locations over the past several months,” noted Lanyard. “Many companies are moving forward in finding new locations at this time whether it’s a corporate location or a franchised spot.”
- Kessler Rehab leased 3,365 square feet at the Lakeside Shopping Center, 5 Bowling Green Parkway, Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey which was brokered by Lew Finkelstein, Executive Vice President and CJ Huter, Vice President and Roy Paret, Sales Associate for The Goldstein Group who represented the landlord, Seretis Properties LLC. Michele Countis of Jackson Cross Partners represented the tenant.
- CityMD leased 3,960 square feet at Northvale Square, 269 Livingston Street, Northvale, New Jersey. Lew Finkelstein, Executive Vice President and CJ Huter, Vice President and Roy Paret, Sales Associate of The Goldstein Group represented the landlord, Maxim Enterprises LLC. Ben Birnbaum from Newmark represented the tenant .
- Popeye’s leased 2,400 square feet at 345 Essex Street, Hackensack, New Jersey. Chris Conway, Director for The Goldstein Group represented the tenant. James Malki and Maurice Assia from James Malki Real Estate represented the landlord, Pratik & Priti LLC.
- Elizabeth Plasma leased 18,000 square feet at 77-81 Broad Street, Elizabeth, New Jersey The lease was brokered by Lew Finkelstein, Executive Vice President and CJ Huter, Vice President, and Chris Conway, Director for The Goldstein Group who represented both the landlord, MIRL Realty Associates LLC and the tenant.
- Mattress Plus took 4,800 square feet at 320 Route 10 West, East Hanover, New Jersey. The deal was brokered by Chuck Lanyard and Marc Palestina, Director for The Goldstein Group, representing the landlord, Doil Group, LLC and the tenant.
- Barre 3 took 1,526 square feet at 260 North Avenue, Westfield, New Jersey. Chuck Lanyard and Marc Palestina, Director for The Goldstein Group, represented the landlord 260 Westfield Partners LLC. Jake Frantzman of RIPCO Real Estate LLC represented the tenant.
- Rita’s Ice renewed their lease at Heritage Squares Shopping Center, 4180 Route 1, Monmouth Junction. - Three Chefs Restaurant took 3,200 square feet at 435 River Road, Elmwood Park, New Jersey. The Goldstein Group, represented both the Landlord, John C. Kapas and the tenant.
- Crab Du Jour leased 1,200 square feet at 205 Morris Avenue, Springfield, New Jersey. The transaction was brokered by Chuck Lanyard and Marc Palestina, Director for The Goldstein Group who represented the landlord, Springfield Company LLC. Lip Fei Jang from Chibeca Real Estate represented the tenant.
- Sports Med Physical Therapy leased 3,000 square feet at 333 North Broad Street, Elizabeth, New Jersey.
