The Goldstein Group Announces Placing Capitol Lighting on Route 4 in Paramus New Jersey

PARAMUS, NJ. (2022) – The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services in New Jersey, announced that it has placed Capitol Lighting at 290 Route 4, Paramus, New Jersey according to Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group.

This lease transaction consisted of 7,100 square feet. Lanyard and Marc Palestina, Director for The Goldstein Group represented the Landlord, NTH 290E LLC.  Frank Greco for Savills, Inc. represented the tenant. “Their former location on Route 17 in Paramus, in which they had operated for decades, was recently closed for redevelopment. We were pleased that Capitol Lighting chose this new and strategic location to continue their Paramus store operation,” noted Lanyard.

Capitol Lighting first opened its doors in 1924 in Newark, New Jersey. They also have New Jersey stores in East Hanover and in Eatontown, as well as three locations in South Florida.
