The Goldstein Group Places HMart Specialty Supermarket into American Dream Mall

PARAMUS, NJ. (2023) – The Goldstein Group along with Chaus Realty, announced they were the brokers who represented H Mart in leasing space at American Dream Meadowlands, in the Meadowlands Sports Complex East Rutherford, New Jersey according to Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group.

H Mart’s space consisted of over 38,000 total square feet. HMart was represented by Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group and Jeff Chaus, of Chaus Realty.  HMart recently celebrated their grand opening.

American Dream is the mega mall located in the Meadowlands Sport Complex in East Rutherford, New Jersey. H Mart will be an important addition to this state of the art new mall. The mall is a combination of huge entertainment, restaurants, and retail stores, including the largest US indoor Water Park, largest Nickelodeon theme park, a Ferris Wheel, and indoor Ski Slopes. Among the major luxury retailers here include Sachs Fifth Ave, Tiffany’s, Hermes, Gucci & Luis Vuitton.
