The Goldstein Group Facilitates Sale of Two Properties in New City, NY and Upper Saddle River, NJ

PARAMUS, NJ. (2024) – The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services announced the sale of 162 S. Main Street, New City, New York and 380 Route 17, Upper Saddle River, according to Neil Goldstein, Principal of The Goldstein Group.

The New City, New York sale consisted of a 2,400 SF free-standing building. Scott Milich, Vice President for The Goldstein Group represented both the seller and the buyer who plans to relocate their business to this site.

The Upper Saddle River, New Jersey sale consisted of 2,800 SF former free-standing liquor store. The buyer plans on opening a new business at the property.
