(2024) – The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services in New Jersey, announced it has placed Buffalo Wild Wings Go at 487 Market Street, Saddle Brook, New Jersey, according to Neil Goldstein, Principal of The Goldstein Group. Buffalo Wild Wings Go has taken a 1,200 square foot location for this new smaller concept. Lew Finkelstein, Executive Vice President, CJ Huter, Vice President, and Roy Paret, Sales Associate from The Goldstein Group represented the landlord, Puccio IV, LLC. David Townes and Alana Freidman represented the tenant. Area tenants include Acme, Walgreens, TD Bank, Taco Bell, KFC, Pizza Hut, Dunkin, Dollar General, Capital One Bank, Columbia Bank, US Postal Office, Chase Bank, Burger King, Subway, and Dairy Queen. The new quick-service restaurant from Buffalo Wild Wings offers a slimmed-down version of the popular restaurant chain. Geared towards pick-ups and delivery, it has fewer tables and doesn’t serve liquor and doesn’t have a bar. The Saddle Brook opening is one of seven Buffalo Wild Wings Go restaurants that are coming in the next three months. The others are in Barnegat, Fair Lawn, Wanaque, Sparta, Midland Park and Stafford Township. Buffalo Wild Wings Go has a slimmer menu but it still features bone-in and boneless wings, tenders, burgers, chicken sandwiches, and sides, including French fires and mozzarella sticks with over two dozen sauces.
