The Goldstein Group Places Popeyes on Route 1 in South Brunswick New Jersey

PARAMUS, NJ. (2023) – The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services in New Jersey, announced that Popeyes opened a new freestanding restaurant at 4053 US Route 1, South Brunswick, New Jersey according to Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group.

The deal was brokered by Lanyard and Mark Handwerker, Executive Vice President for The Goldstein Group representing the both the landlord, K-Land No. 68 LLC and the Popeyes franchisee.
