The Goldstein Group Places Krystal Restaurants in Paterson New Jersey

PARAMUS, NJ. (2023) – The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services in New Jersey, announced that Former New York Giants wide receiver, Victor Cruz is opening up a fast-food burger restaurant, Krystal Restaurants, in his hometown of Paterson.  Krystal Restaurants has taken space at 211 Main Street, Paterson, New Jersey according to Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group.

Krystal Restaurants leased 2,400 square feet in a deal which was brokered by Chris Conway, Director, Lew Finkelstein, Executive Vice President, and CJ Huter, Vice President for The Goldstein Group and represented both the landlord PSA Realty Co, LLC and Krystal Restaurants Franchise.

“This will be the first Krystal’s Restaurant in New Jersey,” noted Lanyard. “Victor Cruz brings a recognizable local name to the franchise and everyone is excited for the opening in his hometown.”

Krystal Restaurants chain was founded in 1932 in Chattanooga, Tennessee and currently has 300 restaurants in 10 states. They are now located outside of Atlanta. The chain is known for its small, square burgers that are grilled to perfection and topped with diced onions, mustard and a slice of dill pickle on a seamed bun.

The Goldstein Group Places Northern Region Educational Services Commission (NRESC) in Totowa New Jersey

PARAMUS, NJ. (2023) – The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services in New Jersey, announced that Northern Region Educational Services Commission has taken space at 515 Union Boulevard, Totowa, New Jersey according to Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group.

The Northern Region Educational Services Commission (NRESC) is based out of Wayne and is relocating its Second Home Day Habilitation Center to Totowa in the fall of 2023. They have leased 15,698 square feet, which was brokered by Marc Palestina, Vice President, for The Goldstein Group who represented NRESC. Diane Brady of ReMax Neighborhood Properties represented the landlord, Totowa Investment Group, LLC.

NRESC was founded in 1991 and is a non-profit, state-approved public school district that provides educational, business, technology, and transportation services to partner school districts and municipalities throughout the northern region of New Jersey. Northern Region Educational Services Commission has been approved as a Day Habilitation and therapy service provider by the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities.
