• Chester, New Jersey – Streets of Chester, 270 Route 206. The 1,900 square foot deal was brokered by Lew Finkelstein, Executive Vice President and CJ Huter, Vice President for The Goldstein Group, representing the tenant. Brian Silbert of Silbert Realty represented the landlord, Rialto Capital Advisors.   The Streets of Chester is a 105,000 square foot, modern lifestyle retail center that is home to Starbucks, Gap, Ann Taylor, Talbots, White House Black Market, Athleta, Jersey Mike’s and others.
• Franklin, New Jersey – 68 Route 23. The 2,200 square foot deal was brokered by Finkelstein and Huter, representing both the tenant and 68 Route 23, LLC the landlord.

The Goldstein Group Announces the Promotion of Marc Palestina to Vice President
