PARAMUS, NJ. (2023) –The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services announced the sale of a former Bank of America Branch located at 715 E Route 211, Middletown, New York according to Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group.

The sale of the 2,400 square foot building was brokered by Chris Conway, Director and Scott Milich, Vice President from The Goldstein Group who represented the seller, Bank of America, along with Ann Marie Zeaser of CBRE.  The purchaser was RSF Properties LLC.

“We were able to produce several offers through our marketing of the property and the seller decided on a local owner of several properties and restaurants.” noted Lanyard. “This free standing building provides fantastic visibility and could be converted into a restaurant or other potential uses.”

The Goldstein Group Announces Several Deals at Convery Plaza in Perth Amboy New Jersey

PARAMUS, NJ. (2023) – The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services announced several deals at Convery Plaza, 365 Convery Boulevard, Perth Amboy, New Jersey according to Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group.

Convery Plaza is a 92,000 square foot neighborhood center anchored by Shop Rite, Dunkin Donuts, Taco Bell, Santander Bank, H&R Block and Rent a Center.  The following four deals were recently completed.

• Metrodoc Urgent Care has taken a 3,400 square feet store.
• Take & Go Liquidation Store has leased two stores of 4,070 square feet and 2,856 square feet
• Pure Watench has taken a 1,200 square foot store.
• Ombre Nails leased a 1,150 square foot store.
