PARAMUS, NJ. (2022) – The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services announced several deals at Gordon’s Corner Center located at 285 Gordon’s Corner Road, Manalapan, New Jersey according to Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group.

Gordon’s Corner Shopping Center is a 45,000 square foot shopping center anchored by Amboy Bank, Dunkin and several other community retailers.  CVS Pharmacy and Santander are located across the street.

“Gordon’s Corner is a local service-oriented strip shopping center that serves the Manalapan community,” noted Lanyard. “The owner recently built a new addition to the center to add to the neighborhood’s demand for additional tenants.”

• LuBella Boutique, a clothing boutique retailer with multiple locations throughout New York City has opened a New Jersey location as they have taken a 4,000 square foot store.
• Atlantic Physical Therapy leased 3,200 square feet. Steve Richel from Richel Commercial Brokerage, LLC represented the tenant.
• Archingle’s Kitchen leased 1,900 square feet to open a Bakery & Balloons. Michael Sclafani from ReMax-Central represented the tenant.

The Goldstein Group Announces The Placement of Sola Salon Studios in Midland Park New Jersey

PARAMUS, NJ. (2022) – The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services in New Jersey, announced it has placed Sola Salon Studios at 1 Godwin Avenue, Midland Park, New Jersey according to Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group.

This deal consists of 7,500 square feet. Neil Goldstein, Principal and Lew Finkelstein, Executive Vice President represented the landlord, VanRock Properties.  Vicki Ezra and Jamie Sackeim of The Shopping Center Group represented Sola Salon Studios.

“The building which was a former headquarters for a security company has been vacant for a long time, so it’s nice to see someone occupying the premises, “ noted Lanyard.  “Our company sold the property to the current owner who had the vision to position the building for retail purposes.  The area is a fantastic neighborhood center which has numerous retail and restaurant tenants nearby.”
