  • Wendy’s leased 3,300 square feet at 5005 Bergenline Avenue, West New York, New Jersey in a deal which was brokered by John Ostrowski, Vice President, Chris Conway, Director, Roy Paret, Sales Associate, and Neil Goldstein, Principal for The Goldstein Group who represented both the landlord, Bergenline Holdings LLC and the tenant.
  • AFC Urgent Care leased 2,600 square feet at 4200 Bergenline Avenue, Union City, New Jersey. Chris Conway, Director for The Goldstein Group represented the tenant. Alicea Santella of Commercial Retail Associates represented the landlord, Bergenline Mehra, LLC.
  • Alsaedi Convenience Store leased a store at 4900 Bergenline Avenue, Union City, New Jersey.  Chris Conway, Director and Roy Paret, Sales Associate for The Goldstein Group represented both the landlord, The Devli Group and the tenant.

• Popeyes took a 2,500 square foot free standing building in a deal that was brokered by Chris Conway, Director for The Goldstein Group representing the tenant and the landlord is Plaza 23 Station LLC. Popeyes which was founded in 1972 as a single restaurant in Cleveland, Ohio, has a culinary heritage built upon the rich Cajun and creole flavor profiles that are unmistakably Louisiana. The chain is one of the world’s largest chicken quick service restaurants with over 2,700 restaurants in the U.S. and around the world.

• Just Salad a chain based out of New York City leased a 2,300 square foot end cap unit in a new free standing pad site which was brokered by Marc Palestina, Director, for The Goldstein Group and the landlord is Plaza 23 Station LLC. Just Salad is a fast casual concept with a mission to make everyday health and everyday sustainability possible. Empowering customers to eat with purpose, the company is home of the world’s largest restaurant reusable program and the first U.S. restaurant chain to carbon label its menu. The company was founded in 2006 in New York City and has 40+ locations in New York, New Jersey, Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina, as well as 4 locations in Dubai.
