PARAMUS, NJ. (2022) – The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services announced the sale of two commercial properties in Rockland County New York according to Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group.

The sale of 357 Route 59 in West Nyack, New York, consisted of 5,000 square feet former car wash on 2 acres which will be home to Spark Carwash. Scott Milich, Vice President for The Goldstein Group represented both the buyer, Spark Carwash and the seller, HEW 2 NY PROPCO, LLC.  Spark Car Wash is a premier high-tech ride-thru car wash. The first location opened in 1981 in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.

“Scott Milich has been covering the Rockland County, New York market for many years as he lives and breathes the area every day and was able to bring these deals to closing because of his vast knowledge of the market,” commented Chuck Lanyard. “Scott grew up in the county and continues to live there today. The second transaction was the sale of 135 Maple Avenue in New City, New York a 1,500 square feet building which will be home to Salon FX.  They were formally located in The Shops at Nanuet, For over 10 years.
