PARAMUS, NJ. (2022) – The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services announced the sale of a commercial strip center located at 33-39 Ridgedale Avenue, East Hanover, New Jersey according to Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group.

The sale of the 15,000 square foot center which is anchored by Cresthill Academy, early education center, was brokered by Lew Finkelstein, Executive Vice President and CJ Huter, Vice President for The Goldstein Group who represented both the seller, MVD, LLC and buyer, South Fifth, LLC. Mike Spagnolo, Vince Macri and Don McHugh were the sellers while Sam Pareddy is the purchaser.

“After a comprehensive marketing campaign of the property, we were able to narrow down the focus of a few potential purchasers”, noted Lanyard. “We were able to work through the details of the deal for all parties involved and the buyer was able to add this property to their portfolio.”

The site, which is off the Route 10 and Ridgedale Avenue intersection, is located near a new Wawa that is under construction. Other stores nearby include PGA Superstore, Target, HomeGoods, Costco Wholesale, Chilis, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, McDonalds.

The Goldstein Group Places Sherwin Williams in West Orange New Jersey
