• CityMD leased 3,960 square feet at Northvale Square, 269 Livingston Street, Northvale, New Jersey. Ben Birnbaum from Newmark represented the tenant.
• AFC Urgent Care leased 2,600 square feet at 4200 Bergenline Avenue, Union City, New Jersey. Chris Conway, Director for The Goldstein Group represented the tenant. Alicea Santella of Commercial Retail Associates represented the landlord, Bergenline Mehra, LLC.
• AFC Urgent Care leased 3,193 square feet at 269 Route 46, Little Ferry, New Jersey. Lew Finkelstein, Executive Vice President and CJ Huter, Vice President and Roy Paret, Sales Associate of The Goldstein Group represented the landlord, 260 Rt 46 W, Little Ferry. Alicea Santella of Commercial Retail Associates represented the tenant.
• AFC Urgent Care leased 3,500 square feet at 77 Central Avenue, Clark, New Jersey. Neil Goldstein, Principal represented the tenant. Sam Bernhaut of CBRE represented the owner, Tamarc End Cap LLC. AFC will occupy a space to be built next to Marshalls.  Target is the anchor tenant at this center.
• Medrite Urgent Care leased the former Pizza Hut space of 3,600 square feet at 950 Route 17, Ramsey next to the Holiday Inn. Scott Milich, Sales Associate and Neil Goldstein, Principal represented the tenant and the landlord Viltar Ramsey, LLC.
• Metrodoc leased 3,400 square feet at 365 Convery Boulevard, Perth Amboy, New Jersey. Lew Finkelstein, Executive Vice President, CJ Huter, Vice President and Chris Conway, Director for The Goldstein Group represented both the landlord, Convery Plaza Holdings LLC and the tenant.

• Chai Urgent Care purchased a 2,532 square foot building at 380 Route 17, Upper Saddle River, New Jersey. The Goldstein Group Brokers Multiple Transactions in Jersey City New Jersey

PARAMUS, NJ. (2022) – The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services in New Jersey, announced that the company has brokered multiple-transactions at Jersey City Heights Retail, 430 Palisade Avenue, Jersey City, NJ according to Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group.

Transactions with Smart Start Academy and Metro Markets Inc. were brokered by Chris Conway, Director from The Goldstein Group who represented the Landlord, 430 Palisade LLC.

• Smart Start Academy signed a lease for 4,340 SF to operate a children’s day care center. This will be their 7^th location.
• Metro Markets a convenience store chain with multiple locations signed a lease for a 1,705 SF store. They were represented by Colby Piper from RIPCO.

 “Jersey City Heights Retail is a new mixed-use building that has recently opened,” noted Lanyard.  “The property will be serving a need for additional residential housing in the area and both retail tenants will be a great addition to the community.”
