PARAMUS, NJ. (2022) – The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services in New Jersey, announced that T-Mobile Corporate has leased 4 new spaces located throughout New Jersey according to Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group.

  • Phillipsburg, New Jersey – Pohatcong Plaza, 1250 U.S. Highway 22, Phillipsburg, New Jersey. The 3,500 square feet deal was brokered by Lew Finkelstein, Executive Vice President and CJ Huter, Vice President for The Goldstein Group, representing both the Tenant and Landlord, Continental Land Resources Corp.  Other tenants at the center include Stop & Shop, Marshalls, Homegoods, Hobby Lobby, Tractor Supply, ULTA, Old Navy, and Regal Cinema.
  • Bloomfield, New Jersey – 192 Bloomfield Ave, Bloomfield, New Jersey. T-Mobile took 2,975 SF in a deal which was brokered by Lew Finkelstein, Executive Vice President and CJ Huter, Vice President for The Goldstein Group, representing the Tenant.  Jerry Welkis from Welco Realty represented the owner, 192 Bloomfield LLC.  Other tenants at the center include Aldi, Chipotle, and Mad Rag.
  • West New York, New Jersey – 5800 Bergenline Avenue, West New York, New Jersey. The 5,000 square feet space was brokered by Lew Finkelstein, Executive Vice President and CJ Huter, Vice President for The Goldstein Group, representing both the Tenant and the Landlord, 5800 Bergenline Avenue LLC.
  • Newark, New Jersey – 787 Broad Street, Newark, New Jersey. The highly visible corner space is  2,225 square feet and Lew Finkelstein, Executive Vice President and CJ Huter, Vice President for The Goldstein Group, represented the Tenant. Marta Villa while with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, 787 Broad LLC.

The Goldstein Group Announces Several Deals at Heritage Square Shopping Center in Monmouth Junction New Jersey

PARAMUS, NJ. (2022) – The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services announced several deals at Heritage Square Shopping Center located at 4180 Route 1, Monmouth Junction, New Jersey accordingly to Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group.

Heritage Square Shopping Center is an 80,000 square foot shopping center that is tenanted by Bob’s Discount Furniture, Dunkin Donuts, Supercuts, Subway, and Chase Bank.  Target and Shop Rite Supermarket are shadow tenants of the center.

Lew Finkelstein, Executive Vice President and CJ Huter, Vice President for The Goldstein Group represented the landlord, Wasa Properties in the following deals:

  • ALDI Supermarket took 21,500 square feet.  ALDI Supermarket operates over 1900 stores in 36 states and is a family-owned business based in Germany that also owns Trader Joe’s.  Brian Wherty of Equity Properties represented the tenant.
  • Harbor Freight Tools, a privately held discount tool and equipment retailer leased 20,000 square feet. In addition to Lew and CJ, Marc Palestina, Director and Roy Paret, Sales Associate for The Goldstein Group assisted in this deal. Marcus Bourn and Andrew Connolly from Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant.
  • UPS took 1,200 square feet and in addition to Lew and CJ, Roy Paret, Sales Associate assisted in this deal. Matt Grundy from Ripco represented the tenant.
  • Rita’s Water Ice leased 900 square feet. Rita’s is in over 30 states and serves Italian Ice and Custard.  Roy assisted Lew and CJ while Rocco Fiorentino from Keyser Company represented the tenant.
  • Jersey Fine Wines took 8,600 square feet. Lew, CJ and Roy represented both the landlord and the tenant.
