The Goldstein Group Announces the Sale of 4 Retail Properties Throughout New Jersey PARAMUS, NJ. (2022) – The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services in New Jersey, announced that the sale of four retail properties in New Jersey according to Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group. “The market for property sales has been extremely active due to low interest rates and other market conditions,” noted Lanyard. “Our company has been active as we have sold a tremendous amount of sites during the Covid period.” First in Mahwah, New Jersey the company brokered the sale of the Shops of Mahwah, a 7, 700 square foot strip center located at 380 Route 17. Lew Finkelstein, Executive Vice President and CJ Huter, Vice President for The Goldstein Group represented the purchaser, RMR Acquisitions LLC. Jordan Liebowitz from Landmark Real Estate Co., LLC, represented the seller, Coremark Mahwah, LLC. The shopping center is anchored by Starbucks which has an end cap space with a drive thru. Other tenants at the site include Freedom Bank, AT&T, Cookie Cutter Hair Center, and SQ Pizza Company. Second, a 15,390 square foot shopping center located at 363-381 Route 17 South, Ridgewood, New Jersey was also sold to RMR Acquisitions LLC. Lew Finkelstein and CJ Huter represented the purchaser, RMR Acquisitions LLC while Jordan Liebowitz from Landmark Real Estate Co. represented the seller, Burroughs Poole LLC. Tenants at the center include Starbucks, AT&T, Spavia Day Spa, Freedom Bank, Calico and Liquivida. Third, a former free standing Rite Aid of 11,345 square feet located at 2301 Park Avenue was sold.
