Chuck has been with The Goldstein Group since 1997 and involved in commercial real estate for over 30 years. Chuck is responsible for the overall operations of the Retail Brokerage Division. He has represented retailers such as Marmaxx, Trader Joes, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, LA-Z-Boy Furniture, Applebee’s, McDonalds, Casual Male, Rochester Big & Tall, Pier One, Thomasville Furniture, Pizzeria Uno, Famous Dave’s, TGI Friday’s and Wolfgang Puck Restaurants. Chuck leads our “Team Paramus” and Restaurant Division. He is a member of the ICSC Conference Program Planning Committee  and The New Jersey Restaurant Association.

Neil co-founded The Goldstein Group in 1986 and has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. He is directly responsible for office administration and management of the Company. As a broker, Neil has successfully completed the expansion of over 90 locations for General Nutrition Centers (GNC) and over 50 locations for Radio Shack. He has also assisted Marshall’s, HomeGoods, NPC Bank, McDonald's, 7-Eleven, Red Robin, Sertino's Cafe, Casual Male, Pearle Vision, Moto Photo, Strauss Discount Auto and Blockbuster Video with their New Jersey expansion plans.  Neil also represents numerous landlords with their leasing efforts.

John joined The Goldstein Group in 2008 and brings to the firm over 25 years of commercial real estate experience including prior affiliations with Cushman & Wakefield Inc. and Grubb & Ellis. John has leased numerous shopping centers from the ground up and has placed such national and regional tenants as Crate & Barrel, Home Depot Expo, Borders Books, Duane Reade, Washington Mutual Bank, Blockbuster Video and Fedex/Kinko. He has completed multiple deals with Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Taco Bell and Starbucks and has also represented Citibank and Shell Oil Company in their expansion plans for numerous locations throughout New Jersey. John specializes in the selling and leasing of large properties and land parcels.

Florian's 20 years of owning and operating a chain of fine gifts and collectibles stores in regional malls throughout New Jersey has provided him with valuable retail real estate knowledge. He has also represented other mall-based tenants with lease negotiations and construction. He is presently handling numerous property assignments and represents H&R Block, LA Boxing, WOW Cafe & Wingery, Allstate Insurance, Arby's, Blimpie, AVIS/Budget Rent-A-Car, Dollar General, Hoffman Floors, Wine Country, and Build-A-Basket. He is also a member of our Route 10 and Route 23 sales teams.

CJ's  real estate career began with NRT Inc., the largest residential brokerage company in the nation, where he was a marketing manager, as well as a broker.  He received his Bachelors of Arts degree in Marketing from  Rutgers University and is currently enrolled at NYU's graduate program specializing in Real Estate.  Prior to joining The Goldstein Group, he represented the ARC of Essex County, one of the largest disability organizations in New Jersey and successfully placed their customers in residential and commercial spaces.  CJ is responsible for property assignments and retailer representations throughout Northern and Central New Jersey.

Matt joined The Goldstein Group in the summer of 2007 as a marketing intern.  His strong desire to break into the retail brokerage industry led to the firm offering him a sales associate position upon his graduation in 2008 from the University of Richmond with a dual degree in Economics and Political Science. While studying Economics, Matt performed independent studies of urban economics and the retail sector. He was a student member of the ICSC throughout his collegiate career. His education provides him with in-depth knowledge of the retail market and its driving forces.    Matt  is responsible for property assignments as well as  retailer representations throughout New Jersey.

Len was in the real estate business in New York City with Helmsley-Spear, Inc. for over 20 years before coming to The Goldstein Group.  He has worked with retailers and landlords such as Staples, Thomasville, Gymboree, Greenpoint Savings Bank, ABC Carpet, Cohen's Fashion Optical, Checkers Restaurant, Helmsley-Spear, Rudin Management and Williams & Company.  Len focuses on tenant representation and landlord property assignments and is a member of our Restaurant Division.  He also teaches The Real Estate Licensing Course at NYU and Baruch College.
