Chuck has been with The Goldstein Group since 1997 and involved in commercial real estate for over 30 years. As Director of Brokerage Services, Chuck is responsible for the overall operations of the Retail Brokerage Division. He has represented retailers such as Marmaxx, Trader Joes, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, LA-Z-Boy Furniture, Applebee’s, McDonalds, Casual Male, Rochester Big & Tall, Pier One, Thomasville Furniture, Pizzeria Uno, Famous Dave’s, TGI Friday’s and Wolfgang Puck Restaurants. Chuck leads our “Team Paramus” and Restaurant Division. He is a member of the ICSC Conference Program Planning Committee  and The New Jersey Restaurant Association.

Neil co-founded The Goldstein Group in 1986 and has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. He is directly responsible for office administration and management of the Company. As a broker, Neil has successfully completed the expansion of over 90 locations for General Nutrition Centers (GNC) and over 50 locations for Radio Shack. He has also assisted Marshall’s, HomeGoods, Casual Male, Pearle Vision, Moto Photo, Strauss Discount Auto and Blockbuster Video with their New Jersey expansion plans.

Donald primarily work's with "Mom and Pop" tenants where he uses his 40 years of retail experience to help guide small chains and start-up companies. He concentrates on tenants requiring 1,000 to 10,000 square feet and focuses on properties in Northern New Jersey. He also handles numerous landlord property assignments and has represented H&R Block, Rainbow Shops, Blimpie, Subway, Hudson City Savings Bank, LA Weight Loss, Postnet, Party Land, Dots, The Great Frame Up, Dollarmania, Manhattan Bagel, Rita’s Ices and King Chef Buffet.

Wayne joined The Goldstein Group in 2000.  Prior to joining The Goldstein Group he had over 20 years experience specializing in market research, sales support, strategic planning, and financial analysis at NCNB Corporation, Eckerd Drug, Blockbuster Entertainment and Carvel Corporation. In addition to heading our marketing division, he also focuses on investment sales and capital placement projects throughout the country.

Florian's 20 years of owning and operating a chain of fine gifts and collectibles stores in regional malls throughout New Jersey has provided him with valuable retail real estate knowledge. He has also represented other mall-based tenants with lease negotiations and construction issues. He is presently handling numerous property assignments and represents H&R Block, The UPS Stores, Allstate Insurance, iSold It On eBay, El Pollo Loco Restaurants, Wild Noodles Restaurants, Hoffman Floors, Wine Country, Build-A-Basket and The Coffee Beanery. He is also a member of our Route 10 and Route 23 sales teams.

Len was in the real estate business in New York City with Helmsley-Spear, Inc. for over 20 years before coming to The Goldstein Group.  He has worked with retailers and landlords such as Staples, Thomasville, Gymboree, Greenpoint Savings Bank, ABC Carpet, Cohen's Fashion Optical, Checkers Restaurant, Helmsley-Spear, Rudin Management and Williams & Company.  Len focuses on tenant representation and landlord property assignments and is a member of our Restaurant Division.  He also teaches The Real Estate Licensing Course at NYU and Baruch College.
