Scott is a seasoned real estate professional who has over 25 years of experience as an owner, developer and restaurant operator. He represents regional and local retail and commercial real estate owners as well as national, regional and local retailers, restaurants and charities.
Scott’s area of focus is in Rockland, Orange and Westchester counties of New York along with New Jersey. He has worked with landlords such as Acadia Realty, Urstadt Biddle, Brixmor, Newton Associates, Toll Brothers, National Development, Kamber Management, Weiss Realty and Cyzner Properties. On the tenant side, he has been involved in deals with T Mobile, AFC Urgent Care, Speedway, Popeye’s, Taco Bell, Wendy’s, Mavis Tire, Dunkin Donuts, Jenny Craig and Bob’s Furniture.
A member of the International Council of Shopping Centers for many years, Scott volunteers his times with several charities in the Rockland county area. He is a graduate of Syracuse University.
