Mark brings over 20 years of National retail real estate experience to The Goldstein Group. As the Real Estate Project Manager North America for Ethan Allen Retail, Inc., he was responsible for the entire scope of real estate transactions from initial site selection & Lease/Acquisition through full site development. He was also responsible for strategic market repositioning and lease renewals throughout North America (including Canada).
Mark has represented numerous Institutional landlords such as DeVimy Equities, The Goldenberg Group, ARC Properties, Windsor Companies, The Kaplan Companies and Bedell, LLC. in procuring tenants for developments, as well as, placing retailers and restaurants such as Bassett Furniture, Lidl, Ethan Allen, Mavis Tire, Wendy’s, The Learning Experience, La-Z-Boy, Tim Horton’s, PNC Bank, Chase Bank, and Quick Chek.
Mark has been extensively servicing clients within the Central New Jersey Counties (Monmouth, Middlesex, Ocean, Mercer), as well as project specific assignments throughout New Jersey.
Mark currently resides in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
