COMPLETES FIVE LEASE TRANSACTIONS
THROUGHOUT NEW JERSEY

 

GLEN ROCK, NJ, AUGUST 28, 2006 — Chuck Lanyard, principal and director of brokerage services at The Goldstein Group, New Jersey’s leading full-service retail brokerage firm, announced the completion of five new lease transactions for retailers throughout New Jersey:

 
  • Bank Of America  signed a lease at Sayreville Plaza on Route 9 in Sayreville. Chuck Lanyard and Wayne King represented Bank of America and the landlord, Pyramid Companies, in this transaction. Other tenants in the plaza include Eckerd Drugs, Burger King and a farmers market.

  • The Great Frame Up ,  a picture framing and accessories store, signed a lease at Holmdel Plaza on Route 35 in Holmdel. Donald Goldstein, executive vice president, represented The Great Frame Up, and the landlord, National Realty and Development. Neighboring tenants in the plaza include Kohl’s, TJ Maxx, Wachovia Bank, Harmon Cosmetics and EB Games.

  • Massage Envy  signed a lease at Shrewsbury Plaza on Route 35 in Shrewsbury. Ryan Glastein and Chuck Lanyard represented both Massage Envy and the landlord, National Realty and Development, in this transaction. Other tenants at this plaza include Acme Supermarket, Marshalls, A.C. Moore and Linens N’ Things.

  • Bullseye Flooring  signed a lease at Landing Shopping Center at 175 Lakeside Blvd. in Landing. Donald Goldstein represented Bullseye Flooring as well as the landlord, Forsons Partners. Other tenants in the shopping center include Pathmark Supermarket and Wachovia Bank.

  • Ed K’s Sporting Goods  signed a lease at Pine Plaza on Route 10 in Whippany. Florian Suserman and Curtis Nassau represented the landlord, Pine Plaza Associates, in this transaction. Neighboring tenants in the plaza include Pathmark Supermarket, CVS, The Melting Pot Restaurant, Tuesday Morning, North Fork Bank, Bensi Restaurant and The UPS Store.
