• Citibank signed a long term lease for 5,300 square feet at Brick Church Commons, 520 Main Street, East Orange, New Jersey. Chuck Lanyard and Lew Finkelstein, vice president, handled the transaction for the landlord, RPM Development.

• GNC signed a lease at Copper Tree Shopping Center on Route 202 in Oakland, New Jersey. Neil Goldstein, co-founder and executive vice president, represented both the tenant, GNC, and the landlord, Washington Square Associates, in this transaction. Other tenants at this strip center include Staples, Mandee, Payless Shoes and Dunkin' Donuts.

• Anthony Franco’s , an Italian restaurant, signed a lease at the Shop Rite Center on South Livingston Ave., Livingston, New Jersey. Lew Finkelstein represented the tenant, Anthony Franco’s, in this transaction. Singer Enterprises is the landlord.

• New City Dollar Store signed a lease at New City Shopping Center on North Main Street, New City, New Jersey. Chuck Lanyard represented the tenant, New City Dollar Store, and the landlord, Newton Associates, in this transaction.

• Randolph News and Smoke Shop signed a lease at A&P Shopping Center, Route 10 and Center Grove Road, Randolph, New Jersey. Donald Goldstein, executive vice president, represented the tenant, Randolph News and Smoke Shop, and the landlord, A&P.
