LODI, NJ, JUNE 26, 2006 — The Goldstein Group, New Jersey’s leading full-service retail brokerage firm, has announced its affiliate, Goldstein Development Company, along with ARC Properties will be developing Essex Square, a new 16,000-square-foot retail center in Lodi, New Jersey. The center is anticipated to open in the Spring of 2007.

Lew Finkelstein, vice president at The Goldstein Group, inked a 3,800-square-foot lease at Essex Square on behalf of North Fork Bank. He represented both North Fork and the center’s ownership in this transaction.

Neighboring tenants include Home Depot, National Wholesale Liquidators, Stop & Shop, Duane Reade, Pathmark, Boston Market, Dunkin’ Donuts, Bank of New York, Longhorn Steakhouse and Hudson City Savings Bank.
