GLEN ROCK, NJ, MARCH 13, 2006 The Goldstein Group, New Jersey’s leading full-service retail brokerage firm, recently completed four lease transactions for retailers throughout New Jersey, announced Chuck Lanyard, principal and director of brokerage services:

• Massage Envy, a new chain of specialty high end massage salons, signed a 3,200-square-foot lease at Pilgrim Shopping Center on Route 23 in Verona, New Jersey. Ryan Glastein represented the tenant, Massage Envy. Diener Associates is the landlord. Massage Envy will join King’s Supermarket, Annie Sez, Staples, Radio Shack and GNC in the shopping center. The Goldstein Group has recently placed Massage Envy in two other prime locations in Florham Park and Holmdel, New Jersey.

• Radio Shack signed a 3,000-square-foot lease at 3501 Bergenline Avenue in Union City, New Jersey. Neil Goldstein, co-founder and executive vice president, represented both the tenant, Radio Shack, and the landlord, 3501 Bergenline Realty.

• Radio Shack signed a 2,000-square-foot lease at 218 Washington Street in Hoboken, New Jersey. Neil Goldstein represented both the tenant, Radio Shack, and the landlord, Gibraltar Management.

• Begum Palace, an Indian cuisine restaurant, signed a 3,000-square-foot lease at Lyons Mall on South Finley Avenue and Lyons Road in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. Steven Zavidow represented the tenant, Begum Palace. The landlord of this Stop & Shop supermarket anchored center is Mark Properties
