GLEN ROCK, NJ, JANUARY 9, 2008 — Chuck Lanyard, president of The Goldstein Group, New Jersey’s leading full-service retail brokerage firm, announced the completion of an Aldi Supermarket lease transaction in Rockaway, New Jersey.

The Goldstein Group, serving as exclusive leasing broker for the property, represented Rockaway Commons LLC owners of Rockaway Commons at Route 46 & Franklin Avenue, Rockaway, New Jersey in leasing a 17,000 square foot space to Aldi Supermarkets, one of the largest supermarket chains in the world. A long-term lease in excess of $10 million dollars was executed. The team of Florian Suserman, Curtis Nassau and Lanyard handled the transaction for the owner and are currently marketing the remaining 51,000 square feet of space. Rick Weinberg of Fameco Real Estate represented the tenant in this transaction.
