signed a lease at 1 Orient Way in Rutherford, New Jersey. Neighboring tenants
include Quiznos Subs, Coldwell Banker, Dunkin' Donuts, Sherwin-Williams and Bank of America. The landlord is Herod Rutherford Developers.
