• The UPS Store signed a lease at Roselle Shopping Center on 579 Raritan Road in Roselle, New Jersey. The landlord is Roselle Shopping Center, Inc.

• The UPS Store signed a lease at 55 Union Place in Summit, New Jersey. The landlord is Bassett Associates.

• Allstate signed a lease at Lowe’s Shopping Center on Route 17 in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Neighboring tenants include Lowe’s Home Improvement, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Staples, Chili’s, Rockaway Bedding, Panera Bread, Dollar Tree and Casual Male.

• Allstate signed a lease at 236 Rock Road in Glen Rock, New  Jersey. Ligerie Burns is the landlord of this central business district location.

• Allstate signed a lease for space at Martin Shopping Center at 397 Route 46 in Fairfield, New Jersey. Neighboring tenants include Drug Fair and Dunkin' Donuts. The landlord is Azarian Realty.
