Since joining The Goldstein Group, Florian has completed transactions with retailers and landlords such as Aldi Supermarket, Verizon, Gold’s Gym, Pearle Vision, H&R Block, Allstate, The UPS Stores, White Castle, Cosi, Tuesday Morning, 5 Guys Hamburgers, Quiznos, Wine Country, Kuche Cucina, The Lightstone Group, Time Equities, RD Management and Hekemian & Company.

Florian currently represents over 15 properties, most notably The Square At Riverdale on Route 23 in Riverdale, New Jersey, a 100,000 square foot shopping center being renovated and re-tenanted. He also represents Rockaway Commons, a new 110,000 square foot center on Route 46 in Rockaway, New Jersey, anchored by Aldi Supermarket, Walgreens and Commerce Bank, as well as The Foundry, a 130,000 square foot specialty restaurant and entertainment center in Trenton, New Jersey.

Florian has teamed up with Curtis Nassau of The Goldstein Group in selling several properties, including the Levitz Furniture building on Route 10 in Livingston, New Jersey, the Living Room Plus building on Route 4, Paramus, New Jersey, and a McDonald’s restaurant site on Route 22 in North Plainfield, New Jersey.

Florian had 20 years of retail experience before joining The Goldstein Group, having owned and operated six major regional mall-based gift and collectible stores featuring the sale of luxury gift items and collectibles. He also assisted many other specialty retailers in opening stores in major regional malls throughout the New Jersey and New York Metropolitan area. Florian has an extensive background in retail turnkey operations for specialty retailers and restaurants and has served in numerous retailer advisory committees and won ICSC design awards for his stores.
