Situated in the heart of the Route 4 Paramus/River Edge retail corridor, this location has excellent highway access and visibility with a daily car count of over 180,000 vehicles. Neighboring tenants include Kohl’s, Staples, Toys ‘R Us, Century 21, Wine Country, Macy’s Furniture, Thomasville Furniture, 6th Avenue Electronics and the Shops at Riverside Mall.   • Paramus, New Jersey – Blinds-To-Go Center, a 24,000-square-foot retail center at 777 Route 17 South. Currently, 15,200 square feet of space is available. This is a prime retail location with convenient access to Route 4, I-287 and the Garden State Parkway. Neighboring tenants include K-Mart, Modell’s, Toys ‘R Us, Babies ‘R Us, Jos. A. Bank, Stop & Shop, Barnes & Noble, Signature Leather, Burlington Coat Factory and Eastern Mountain Sports. Curtis Nassau is handling this property.

  • Passaic Park ,  New Jersey – Main Avenue Development Site, an approved 6,000-square-foot mixed use redevelopment site for sale at 145 Main Avenue. Situated in the heart of Passaic Park, on the corner of Main and Howard Avenues, neighboring tenants include BP Gas, Rite Aid, Delta Gas, H&R Block, Friendly’s Ice Cream, Strauss Auto, Quick Chek, North Fork Bank and a U.S. Post Office.
