COMPLETES TEN LEASE TRANSACTIONS
THROUGHOUT NEW JERSEY

 

GLEN ROCK, NJ, JANUARY 16, 2007 — Chuck Lanyard, principal and director of brokerage services for The Goldstein Group, New Jersey’s leading full-service retail brokerage firm, announced the completion of ten lease transactions for retailers throughout New Jersey:

 
  • For Your Entertainment, a music, video, and electronic games store, signed a 5,000-square-foot lease at Styertowne Shopping Center in Clifton. Neil Goldstein, co-founder and executive vice president, represented the landlord, Styertown Shopping LLC, in this transaction. Other tenants at this strip center include ACME, AC Moore, CVS, Radio Shack, GNC, Dress Barn and Atlanta Bread Company.

  • The Little Gym signed a 4,300-square-foot lease at 5 Route 17 in Hasbrouck Heights. Lew Finkelstein, vice president represented the landlord, Cardino Realty, in this transaction.

  • The Asian Grill signed a 3,500-square-foot lease at Lowe’s Shopping Center on Route 17 in East Rutherford. Steve Zavidow represented both the tenant, The Asian Grill, and the landlord, RD Management, in this transaction.

  • Massage Envy signed a 3,000-square-foot lease at Closter Plaza Shopping Center in Closter. Ryan Glastein represented both the tenant, Massage Envy and the landlord, Spectrum Properties, in this transaction. Neighboring tenants include Kmart, Stop & Shop, Radio Shack, Harmon Cosmetics and Curves.

  • Payless Shoes signed a 2,500-square-foot lease at Copper Tree Shopping Center on Route 202 in Oakland. Donald Goldstein, executive vice president, represented both the tenant, Payless Shoes, and the landlord, Washington Square Associates, in this transaction. Neighboring tenants include Staples, Mandee, Amish Supermarket and Radio Shack.
  • Creative Sewing signed a lease at Sprout Brook Shopping Center on Route 17 in Paramus. Lew Finkelstein represented both the tenant, Creative Sewing, and the landlord, Sprout Development, in this transaction.
  • Luxury Nails and Spa signed a lease at Point View Shopping Center on Berdan Avenue in Wayne. Lew Finkelstein represented both the tenant, Luxury Nails and Spa, and the landlord, UCM-Co-Finance-Point View, in this transaction.
  • Ice Milan Gelateria signed a lease at Pine Plaza Shopping Center on Route 10 in Whippany. Curtis Nassau represented both the tenant, Ice Milan Gelateria, and the landlord, Professional Consortium, in this transaction. Neighboring tenants include Pathmark, CVS, North Fork Bank, UPS Store, Melting Pot Restaurant and Tuesday Morning.
  • Weight Watchers signed a lease at 477 East Union Avenue in East Rutherford. Lew Finkelstein represented both the tenant, Weight Watchers, and the landlord, Unimare LLC, in this transaction.
  • GNC signed a lease at Ryders Crossing Shopping Center on Milltown Road in Milltown. Neil Goldstein represented both the tenant, GNC, and the landlord, Shushanna Company, in this transaction. Neighboring tenants include Target and Home Depot.
