  • Rutherford, New Jersey – Union Avenue Retail, a 25,000-square-foot, freestanding building at 310 Union Avenue currently has 20,000 square feet of divisible space available for lease. Neighboring tenants include WaWa, Rite Aid, PNC Bank, Walgreens, Burger King, Genuardi’s Market and First Financial Savings Bank.   • Newark, New Jersey – Commerce Street Retail, a mixed-use building located at 45 Commerce Street currently has 1,500 square feet available for lease. Located in the heart of downtown Newark, this center is conveniently located in a high-foot traffic area nearby major office complexes.
