The Goldstein Group Places Mavis Discount Tire in Howell New Jersey

PARAMUS, NJ (MARCH 20, 2017) – The Goldstein Group, a leading provider of retail real estate services in New Jersey, announced it has arranged a long term lease for Mavis Discount Tire in Howell New Jersey according to Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group.

Mavis Discount Tire will be utilizing the location at 4651 U.S. Highway 9 for auto servicing and tire sales. The property, which has excellent access and visibility, was formerly a car wash facility. Mark Handwerker, Vice President at The Goldstein Group, brokered the transaction on behalf of the landlord, Devinny Associates. Barry Millberg of Treeline Realty represented the tenant.

“Mavis Tire has been expanding rapidly in recent years including acquiring the STS Car Care company,” noted Lanyard. “The Howell location afforded them an opportunity to expand their presence in the market.”
