Kiddie Academy is an educational childcare franchise that was founded in 1981 with over 120 locations nationwide.
Lew Finkelstein, Executive Vice President of The Goldstein Group, brokered the transaction on behalf of the owner, Maxim Enterprises.
Kiddie Academy filled a 10,000 sf space at Northvale Square, a neighborhood center located on Livingston street. Other tenants at the location include CVS Pharmacy, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Applebee’s, Chase Bank and Moe’s Southwest Grill.
“Childcare is an important aspect in today’s society as many families have both parents working,” stated Lanyard. “Several franchised children’s care providers have been expanding in our market and we have seen these facilities become more and more important in today’s society.
